Planning - Mise En Scene - Mr Smith

 Mise En Scene is made up of lighting, hair make, costume, body language, facial expression, setting and iconography. Mise En Scene has helped my group discuss our idea in detail because mise en scene that a huge part in filming. mise en scene makes he audience understand the film in more detail.

Lighting:
For my final idea we have decided to use a different range of lighting to create a different feeling to the audience and to show how the characters feelings. For example at the begging we will have top lighting on the dead body so the audience can see the blood, and disturbing cuts on her body this will disturb the audience and make them want to know what happened to her. When amarni finds out that his sister died we will also use top lighting to show his emotions so the audience can feel sorry for amarni. Towards the end we will use  back lighting so the audience see amarnis evil side.

Hair, make up and costume:
Amarnis will have a short and curly hair style it will reflect to the people his age ebcuase they will have similar hair styles. Amarni would not use no make up. Amarni will have bright costume at the beginning such as clean white top and light blue jeans but at the end he has a dirty white top with black and black tracksuit.
Ruth will have a white dress covered in blood.

Body language and facial expression
Amarnis body language and facial expression will be innocent and scared ta the beginning btu towards the end he wouldn't be able to control his body or facial expression he will have a very argessive body language and have no feelings showing across to the audience because he wouldn't knoiw how he feels.
Ruth will have a very innocent scared body language and facial expression.

Setting
we have three different settings first it will be the hut then a house and towards the end a blacked out drama room.

Iconography
 We will be having a knife at the end to show the audience that amarni killed his sister and we will have blood to show that his sister has got stabbed. Amarni will have one lens to show that his processed.
